All purchases made in the web shop Food Cool Tour are safe.

All prices are in Euro and include the VAT. Upon delivery you will receive the original receipt in accordance with these terms of sale. The books will be posted withing a week and will be delivered by a courier. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping. The costs of delivery are free for the Republic of Slovenia.

The buyer can return the product in case of dissatisfaction if they send an unambiguous return statement to: Food Cool Tour, Ljubljanska 24, Domžale, Slovenia or by email to reza@reza.si. in 15 days after delivery. The buyer doesn’t need to state the reasons for return. The return statement is considered valid if it was sent before the deadline. The buyer must return the products within 15 days after sending the return statement and is responsible for all return shipping costs. The products must be returned in a pristine state to: Food Cool Tour, Ljubljanska 24, Domžale, Slovenia. If both the return statement and the return were completed within the allotted time and the products are returned in pristine state, Food Cool Tour will refund the buyer within 14 days after receiving the returned products. The refund will be issued to the same payment type used upon payment. If the returned products are not in pristine state, Food Cool Tour will return them to the buyer at the buyer’s expense. The return of the products within the time frame reserved for sending a return statement is also considered as a return statement.

The buyer has all rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

The buyer can enforce a material error at Food Cool Tour, where all reclamations and complaints are to be addressed. Food Cool Tour accepts reclamations and complains by email at reza@reza.si, or at Food Cool Tour, Ljubljanska 24, Domžale, Slovenia. They reclamation or complaint will be resolved as soon as possible.

Food Cool Tour does not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent for resolving disputes initiated by the buyer in accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act. The online consumer dispute resolution platform is available at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

A copy of the documents pertaining to the order is retained by Food Cool Tour, Ljubljanska 24, Domžale, Slovenia and can be accessed by the buyer upon a formal request.

Food Cool Tour retains the right to (partially) withdraw from order completion in the cases of out of stock items, high customer payment risk, an incomplete order form or an order form that does not meet the requirements in the Terms of sale. In such cases, the buyer will be promptly notified by email or by phone.

By clicking the “Complete and send the order” button in the last step of the ordering process, your order will be received by Food Cool Tour and the buyer will receive a confirmation email at the provided email address.

By clicking the “Complete and send the order” button the buyer enters into a contract of sale with Food Cool Tour, Ljubljanska 24, Domžale, Slovenia.

The contract of sale is concluded upon the completion of all contractual obligations (the delivery of goods and the payment of goods). The contents of the contract can be revieved in the My orders page. Any questions or problems can be sent to reza@reza.si.

By clicking the “Complete and send the order” button the agrees to the Terms of sale and confirms their knowledge of the Terms of sale. The order/contract is issued in Slovene.
